Other banner-related information

If you want to tell me about your website (in the hopes I'll put it on my homepage), don't be afraid to reach out! My standards are as low as "your site should be accessible to me and all of my friends" and "please already have an 88x31 banner". I do plan on eventually adding a text list of sites I like, with blurbs about them, but for now that doesn't exist.
